Housing Information
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) is provided by the military to help active service members with housing costs, and can be used for either on- or off-post housing.

• The Housing Services Office (HSO) (562) 626-7575 will be your first point of contact when you receive moving orders, and provides services that will help you with referrals, relocation assistance, guidance for entering a lease agreement and tenant-landlord disputes.

NWS Seal Beach On Post Housing (Rent On Post)

• Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) is processed through the HSO (562) 626-7575, and can assist single service members with check-in requirements, room assignment and barracks protocols.
  
  
• On-base housing at NWS Seal Beach is privatized. Contact Lincoln Military Housing (562) 596-9841 to check available housing for your rank and family size. They have two distinct neighborhoods for Officer and Enlisted Housing. Officer Housing offers 3-4 bedroom single family residences with amenities such as: detached garage, private backyard or patio and gas range. Enlisted Housing has 2-4 bedroom homes, which come with washer/dryer hookups, attached garage, extra storage and balcony or patio. Both neighborhoods share these community features: sports courts, skate park, tot lots, multiple barbecue and picnic areas and more.
